Who is Gaia?

Gaia Tomasin is an Italian born chef that has been catering professionally in London and the Caribbean for 15 years, aquiring skills and a love for cooking cuisine from around the world.

She is always representing the foodways of her home by cooking with the finest quality ingredients to make her menus special.

Having access to incredible produce throughout the year is consistent but incredibly rewarding effort.

When cooking a variety of cuisines with respect, it is important to know where and how to find the best Ingredients! Foraging, local markets, international stores and farms. Being in the UK means having access to a myriad of exciting and thoughtful sources.

Chellamella was formed four years ago, with the focus of changing the landscape of private dining in the Caribbean. Everything is sourced by the team and almost every detail of the dining experience is made in house, from the menus and crockery to lamps on the tables.

It was incredible to have a homemade dinner in my home with local food, not have to do a thing, and be made to feel so comfortable. Thank you again from me and my whole family who had the most wonderful time.
